This is OUR world.

God teaches us many things and in many different ways. The message here is not that there is so much that we can learn, but that God is present. God exists; and He has devised many ways to teach us, and in the process help us realize and become convinced of His existence.

Earth was created to be our abode. It is not a prison or a place of punishment. Living here is part of His will for us.

Everything on earth has been created for our benefit; either to use, feed ourselves, clothe and protect us, and assist is in traveling or to observe and learn.

Through careful observation of the things God has created with such diligence and ingenuity, we gain access to knowledge that he wishes us to acquire and use for our benefit. If we fail to make use of them, the fault is our own.

We are made aware of the fact that we can fly, and by studying his creatures we will master this art ourselves. He has drawn us to the awareness that travel in excess of the speed of sound is possible. Will we master this knowledge?

We realize that we can survive and move under water.

We discover the existence of ultrasound (by studying bats) and put it to our use (in developing radar).

If we failed to understand the existence of electricity through the powerful lightening bolt, the electric eel will help push our minds in that direction.

Recently, study of the gecko has revealed the secret to its ability to walk on smooth vertical surfaces. Soon we could have devices that we can use that will give us the same ability.

Everything that exists is here for a reason and it is for some benefit to us, and that includes those insects we look upon with disdain, such as the fly. All we have to do is apply our minds and find the answers. God’s prophet (PBUH) informed us that the fly has a poison on one wing and the antidote to it on the other wing. This fact should have led us to the awareness of antibodies in general and their role in infection control, allergies and auto-immune disease.

This world is a treasure house packed from top to bottom with information for us. God is teaching us. This is why His Prophet (PBUH) tells us to seek knowledge from the cradle to the grave. God wishes us to have this knowledge, and it is an act of worship to strive in acquiring it, utilizing it and sharing it with others.

Through the acquisition of knowledge we begin to understand how impossible it is for all of this to have arisen by chance; and slowly we are led to the realization, and then the conviction, of the existence of a Supreme Being. A gynaecologist came to this conclusion when he read the description of the zygote as given by God. At the time this information was given to us, our science had not yet acquired the means to observe such things. Everything that God has told us is being proven and verified as our knowledge increases.

The order within our universe draws us to the realization that there can be only One Supreme Being. If there were more than one, we would find constant conflict as one seeks to dominate the other, or differences due to the fact that each Sub_Supreme Being made things slightly differently. The force of gravity generated by a fixed mass may be different on different planets. Different lights may travel at different speeds, depending on the creator of the source etc. We do not have any of these problems because everything is derived from a single source.

An example of how God teaches us can be found in the following clip which forms a part of the series “Why do we have to live in fear like this?” At about 4 min we are presented with foods that resemble parts of the human body. What is so amazing is not only how closely they resemble parts of our body, but that it is of these specific organs that they are of most benefit. This is truly amazing.

By this means and others, God is guiding us away from the lie that we are the result of a chance event and evolution and showing us the direct and intricate inter-relationship between ourselves and the world around us, forcing us to the realization that a Master Creator is behind it all.
It has been said that this world was created for us, but we are created for the next world. Without an understanding of why we are here, the purpose of our existence, we are like driftwood on a fast flowing river.

Our life is a journey. What can be more important than knowing our intended destination. Without that knowledge the entire journey may prove an exercise in futility. If we fail in that, our most important objective in life, then irrespective of how famous, rich, powerful or beautiful we may be, we have failed. That is the greatet tragedy that can befall anyone.

It is because the answer to this question is so important that every effort has been made by our enemies to keep this knowledge from us. On this blog that answer will become self-evident.

There is another aspect that must be mentioned at this point. Earth was bequeathed to mankind. It is our collective possession. Everyone is a part owner of everything on earth and by Gods grace some of it is placed in our exclusive care, such as the clothes on our back, the food in our mouth and the immediate land which we use for our benefit.

No one has the right to deprive anyone else of his legacy. Keep this in mind. At some time in the future it will help us understand what God expects from us in our relationship with others and how national boundaries and citizenship are tools of our avowed enemy. They do not assist us in serving God; on the contrary, they cause us to be deprived of God’s mercy.

Until next time.
